Warming:put the cooler&warmer in the short wave,heating for 120 seconds until temperature reaching 60-70 degrees,and then put it into attemperator.The cooler&warmer should be put at the bottom of the food and drinks,and then covered tightly.The temperature would keep above 40degarees for 6 hours or so.
